but I encountered with error 2738 during installation.
I found the solution by a post in Mitch Denny blog:

In brief the solution was to register VBSCRIPT.DLL on Vista which is not registered by default.
- Run "Command Prompt" as administrator
- Switch to "C:\WINDOWS\SysWOW64"
- Execute "REGSVR32.EXE VBSCRIPT.DLL"
